END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Soft Ventures, Inc. WEB APPLICATION

IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Soft Ventures for the WEB APPLICATION; HomeOwnerAssociationWebsites.com
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the WEB APPLICATION.
 
WEB APPLICATION LICENSE
The WEB APPLICATION is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
 
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
Soft Ventures, Inc. grants you the right to use the WEB APPLICATION for operating a web portal for a home owner or residents association or corporation.
 
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
· Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the WEB APPLICATION.
· Rental. You may not sell, rent, or lease the WEB APPLICATION.
· Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Soft Ventures, Inc. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
 
3. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the WEB APPLICATION
(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, incorporated into the WEB APPLICATION), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the WEB APPLICATION are owned by Soft Ventures, Inc. or its suppliers.
The WEB APPLICATION is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the WEB APPLICATION like any other copyrighted material.
Content placed into the portal is copyrighted by the home owner or residents association or corporation.
 
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Soft Ventures, Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the WEB APPLICATION

Soft Ventures, Inc is not responsible for the content entered into the site by the operating association or its representative.

An operating association may NOT, subject to account termination:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful.
  
  
• Upload or transmit to the Web site or use any device, software or routine that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere or attempt to interfere with, intercept, the normal operation of our Web site, or appropriate the Web site or any system, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment, or that infringes upon the rights of a third party;
  
  
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes, or attempts to interfere, with the normal operation of our site, or take any action that impose an unreasonable load on our equipment; or
  
  
• Disguise the origin of the information transmitted through the Web site.
