The slats present in them will decide the quantity of the light to be allowed. Depending on the size and shape of the window, they have to be selected. While fixing the shutters, the following things have to be kept in mind. Correct tension should be maintained to avoid any malfunction. While opening and closing them, there should not be any hindrance. They should remain in the position where they are placed. They are available in wood, polymer and other fabrics. The quality of the material is very important. Though quality product costs more, it will last for long duration. Using cheap quality material will result in changing them frequently.
